How do I receive the template?
At checkout you provide the email on your Carrd Pro Plus account. We share the template via Carrd's native sharing feature. Within 24 hours it appears under "Sites" in your Carrd dashboard, ready to duplicate and edit.
What if I don't receive it within 24 hours?
Reply to your order confirmation email and we'll fix it immediately. The most common cause is a mismatch between the email you gave us and the one on your Carrd account.
Do I need coding skills to use your templates?
Nope! All templates are built for no-code platforms — you’ll only need basic drag-and-drop or platform-specific customization skills. Some templates might need minimal CSS or JS knowledge.
Do you offer refunds?
Templates come with a 30-day refund guarantee if the site hasn't been significantly edited. Custom design projects are non-refundable once work has started, but 3 revision rounds are included so you'll be happy with the result.
